The full moon is glowing tonight, and I didn't want you to miss it. It's even a Monday, which literally means moon day.
A full moon is when everything comes to the surface. The feelings you've been pushing down. The habits you know aren't good for you. The story you keep telling yourself about what you deserve. It all gets a little louder.
That's not a bad thing. It's your invitation to let go.
This full moon is in Taurus, the sign the moon loves most, so it feels soft and grounding. Taurus is all about feeling safe, slowing down and knowing your worth. So this one is asking a simple question: what are you holding on to just because it feels familiar?
Maybe it's a relationship you've outgrown. Maybe it's an old fear, a grudge or that voice that says you're not enough. Whatever it is, you don't have to carry it anymore.
Venus, the planet of love, is retrograde right now too. So if old feelings, old patterns or even an old ex have been popping up lately, this is your sign to let them go.
A simple full moon ritual
You don't need anything fancy. Just a candle, a pen, a piece of paper and about 15 minutes to yourself.
Get cozy. Put your phone on do not disturb, light your candle and grab your favorite blanket. Taurus loves comfort, so make it feel good. Then take three slow, deep breaths.
Write it down. Write everything you're ready to release. Start each line with "I'm letting go of..." Don't overthink it. Just let it pour out.
Let it go. Read it out loud once. Then tear it up and throw it away, or burn it safely over the sink.
Fill your cup. Write down three things you're grateful for. Then finish with this: "I'm making room for what's meant for me."
Before bed, step outside for a minute and look up at the moon. You just did something really good for yourself.
Bonus: set a jar of water out under the moon overnight. Tomorrow, pour your moon water into a bath or use it to water your plants.
Journal prompts
Grab your journal tonight, or anytime this week.
If you're looking for a cute new journal, I love this one and this one. You can even personalize them.
What am I ready to let go of?
What am I holding on to just because it feels familiar?
What old love story am I ready to stop replaying?
What do I need to feel safe and loved right now?
What would change if I truly believed I'm worth it?
Come tell me
Tell me in the comments: what are you letting go of under this full moon? I read every single one.
And if you want women around you who get it, come join us in The Inner Circle. It's a community for my paid subscribers, a place to be honest, feel supported and grow together.

Letting go is the hardest chapter, but you framed it so beautifully. That full moon post - "Whatever you're holding on to, let it go" - I needed to read that tonight.
I'm writing World Life Canvas about how random moments force us to release old stories. Your ritual idea resonates so much.
Thank you for this reminder that alignment sometimes means empty hands first.
